My name is Jenelle. I am the Office Administrator for Toothworks Calgary. I am also a Registered Dental Assistant with my Scaling Specialization. So you will see my smiling face at the front desk, assisting Dr. Hussein or Dr. Kanji, and sometimes I will be cleaning your teeth.
I have worked in a dental office for 10+ years and truly love my job. Living in Edmonton, I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at NAIT in 2004. In 2007 I returned back to school and graduated from SAIT in 2008 from The Preventative Dentistry Program. After living in Edmonton for 12 years our family relocated to Calgary in 2011. I joined the Toothworks Calgary team in 2014 and love working at this beautiful modern office.
I am upbeat and passionate about all aspects of dentistry. I am here to make sure you have a positive and fun experience from start to finish. I will also help you make an informed decision regarding your dental care and treatment plan. I love working in various positions in the office and strive to help our patients in every aspect I can.
Outside of work I am happily married with two beautiful girls. I have a passion for travelling the world, camping, yoga and running. Enjoying the outdoors here in Calgary or abroad is definitely something we enjoy as a family.
My name is Courtney. The team here at Toothworks truly feels like family. We are always striving to make sure our patients feel comfortable when they are here. We believe in education, patient advocacy and the whole overall health of each patient. I graduated dental school in 2007, I absolutely love being an assistant and being able to help patients achieve optimal oral health and getting to know my patients on a personal level.
When I’m not working you’ll find me spending time with my two children and wonderful friends. I stay busy with the kid’s activities and we try to get away for some camping and travelling time.

I enjoy meeting new people and being a part of improving their health and well-being through Dental Hygiene treatment, Oral Hygiene instruction and Nutritional guidance.
I look forward to meeting you and your families at your next Dental Hygiene visit.
I have made my home in Calgary with my husband Jeff and my 3 daughters. I grew up in central Alberta, studied dental hygiene at the University of Alberta and graduated in 1998. In the spring of 2015 I completed my Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene Specialization degree through the University of Alberta. I find a balance between a busy family life and my professional life by working part-time at Toothworks Calgary and as a volunteer with the Alex Dental Health Bus. My devotion to comfort and health is evident when providing care to my patients at Toothworks.
I also attends various dental hygiene and dental education sessions to continue my professional growth and improve patient care. As a volunteer with the Alex, I deliver oral health education to high dental needs schools and assists the Dental Bus Team in delivering dental care to children. Providing quality dental care to all Canadians is something I feel passionately about, as good oral health is an important part of achieving good overall health.
The fall, winter and spring months are filled with kid’s activities. In the summer my family enjoys camping with friends and spends a lot of time outdoors. In my real spare time (i.e. no pressing family schedule), I usually have my nose in a book (a novel now that all of my homework is done).
My name is Jacki and I am a graduate of SAIT Dental Assisting program class 2001. I loved the school so much I went back in 2008 to get my Preventive Dentistry Module. In 2013 I got certified in the Orthodontic Module for assistants to complete all possible job skills an assistant in Alberta can achieve.
I love what I do, the people I work with and of course the great patients I get to help these past 16 years. I love dentistry so much I volunteer with a group called Kindness in Action where I get to combine my love of travel and my work to deliver free dental care to the people in need in South and Central America.
I grew up in Saskatchewan, graduating from U of R 1994 with a BA, and soon after that I moved to Calgary for a new adventure. Calgary may be my home now but I always will bleed GREEN!
My name is Tracy. I joined the Toothworks Calgary family as the full-time office administrator in January 2016. I have 5+ years of experience in this position since I graduated from the Dental Administration program in 2009 while living in my home town of Enniskillen, Ontario. I moved to Calgary in 2016 and try to spend most of my spare time traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2012, from the Dental Assisting program. I began my new career as a CDA on the Island, before moving to Calgary in 2014. I have always enjoyed building trusting relationships with patients, educating them on procedures and treatments, and making their time spent at the office as comfortable as possible. I enjoy working with all the dentists on the Toothworks team, and favor Pediatric patients, my favorite part of the day is letting our little patients pick a toy from the prize box. I am always there to greet you with a smile and to ensure your visit at our office is a positive experience. When I’m not in the office I enjoy hiking, camping, and being with family.
My name is Courtney Taylor. I joined the Toothworks Calgary team in October 2016. I began my career in the dental field in 2006, working as a dental administrator and sterilization technician. I decided to continue my education and graduated Dental Hygiene in Toronto, Ontario in November 2009. Since graduating I have obtained my Local Anesthetic Certification (2011) and Nitrous Oxide Conscious Sedation Certification (2012) through the University of Alberta.
I am very passionate about what I do and love educating patients on ways to improve their oral hygiene, optimize their overall health and the systemic link between these two goals. I enjoy helping people overcome their dental anxieties and always strive to provide personalized care. Attending continuing education courses and applying learned techniques are a few ways I keep my skills current allowing me to provide the best patient care.
I grew up in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, Alberta, try not to hold that against me! I married my husband, Scott, in Iceland in August 2015. The mountains drew us to southern Alberta and we have made Cochrane home. I love being outdoors and finding new adventures. I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, quadding, rock climbing, yoga, snowboarding and walks with my furbaby, Chloe. My favorite thing to do is to travel to places I’ve never been. In my spare time, a good book in front of a fire can keep me happy for hours.
